Introducing the advanced Rotary Joint and Rotary Steam Coupler: HS/HD Joint - the ultimate choice for hot water and steam applications, offering unparalleled durability and seamless performance.
Rotating Unions and Rotary Joints, also known as rotary swivels or rotary couplings, are state-of-the-art precision mechanical devices masterfully engineered to transfer fluid from a stationary source, like a supply pipe, into a rotating piece of machinery. These essential components are widely employed across various manufacturing processes to efficiently cool, heat, or transfer fluid power, whether pneumatic or hydraulic.
Innovative 'disengaging' technology empowers our product to achieve limitless dry running without the need for medium pressure, ensuring exceptional reliability and versatility.
Boasting a full circulation design with no clastic or burr jam-bearing support, our product ensures superior performance. The threaded swivel allows for easy installation, while the radial deep groove ball bearing guarantees smooth, flawless operation.
Designed for significant export demands, our rotating unions feature a labyrinth seal to protect ball bearings. The balance-type machine sealing, crafted from premium silicon carbide material, excels even under harsh conditions to extend service life. Encased in an anti-corrosion anode aluminum shell, this product is built to last.
Our H series rotary joint is meticulously crafted for cooling systems, offering the benefits of a compact size, lightweight design, and minimal friction torque. It uses a balanced sealing structure with material combinations selected based on different mediums, such as Bronze, CAR, and SIC, to resist rust and impurities affecting the sealing surface. With a meticulously finished mirror surface, it promises reliable sealing and a long life span. It handles various transfer media, including steam, water, thermal oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, air, vacuum, and gas.
