A Seamless Assembly Process



Expert Guide: Installing Your Reusable Hose End

Begin by clamping a reusable hose end socket firmly into the secure grip of a bench vice.

Gently insert one end of a hydraulic hose into the well-secured fitting in the vice. With a deft counterclockwise motion, thread the hose into the socket seamlessly. Continue this precision threading until the hose sits snugly at the bottom of the fitting.

Generously lubricate the mandrel assembly of your reusable hydraulic fitting with pristine hydraulic fluid. Slide the mandrel smoothly in and out of the socket, ensuring the interior of the hose connection is perfectly lubricated for optimal performance.

Expertly maneuver the mandrel into the socket until the threads of the assembly align precisely with the front edge of the socket. Use an adjustable wrench to turn the nipple nut clockwise, threading the mandrel into place. Cease turning once a precise 1/32 to 1/16 inch gap is maintained between the mandrel assembly's front edge and the socket's face.

Stabilize the front nipple nut using an adjustable wrench. Utilize a second wrench to turn the rear mandrel nut counterclockwise, completing the meticulous assembly with precision.
